Part of our mission here at NWN is to empower individuals to be their own nursery. We realize the importance of helping the customer “help themselves.” We want people to have confidence in what, how, when, and where they are planting their next round of stock.
By providing the customer with the information and product they need, in the end they will be empowered and confident in all of their outdoor landscape pursuits.

Did you know Idaho is the third fastest growing state in the nation? Projections show that by 2050 development of urban and suburban areas in Idaho will result in the loss of 4.5 million acres of ranch, farm and open space ( University of Idaho , College of Natural Resources , 2006). Development is going to happen as people migrate to retire or raise families in rural areas. Designing developments with our beautiful native plants will be essential to help mitigate the loss of rural acres.

NativesWest Nursery carries high quality container grown native and ornamental trees (non-native species), shrubs, grasses, wetland plants and will custom grow most species including forbs (herbaceous flowering plants). We also stock carefully selected northwest varieties of fruit trees and berry plants.
